Bridge Harbor, located on approximately 150 acres of bay front property in the heart ofCallaway, Florida, is envisioned to be the new inspiration for Callaway’s booming housing market. Using Traditional Neighborhood Design (TND) principles, CRT has created a mixed-use 525 unit TND of diverse housing types and neighborhood serving commercial areas while working to preserve the beauty of this pristine waterfrontproperty on East Bay. The residential neighborhoods will surround a small town centerwith a commercial district that will support the of Bridge Harbor as well as the surrounding community. A proposed 120 slip marina will be located on Callaway Bayou along with a waterfront restaurant, ship store and lighthouse marking the entrance into Bridge Harbor’s protected harbor. Bridge Harbor has been designed to be a “walkable” community promoting the idea of community interaction and the integration of nature.
